Description
This course is aimed at young graduates or people in career transition, passionate about travel and tourism, seeking to acquire over 6 months (theory and practice) the skills needed to work as a travel agent. That's why it offers a two-phase structured program: 3 months of theoretical and practical training covering ticketing, trip design, customer relations, and booking tools, followed by a 3-month internship immersed in a partner travel agency, enabling participants to consolidate their skills in a real professional setting before entering the job market.

Prérequis
Minimum BEPC/3rd grade level recommended. A good personal presentation, a strong sense of service, interpersonal ease, and availability for a 3-month internship are required. Good command of French and basic English are a plus.
