Description
This course is aimed at young graduates, employees, or people in career transition seeking to acquire over 6 months (theory and practice) the skills needed to ensure quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental protection within a company or organization. That's why it offers a two-phase structured program: 3 months of theoretical and practical training covering QSHE management systems, risk prevention, applicable standards, and environmental management, followed by a 3-month internship immersed in a partner company or organization, enabling participants to consolidate their skills in a real professional setting before entering the job market.
Objectifs pédagogiques
Understand the challenges and principles of the QSHE approach in business Master quality standards and frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Identify, assess, and prevent occupational risks Implement workplace hygiene and safety rules Manage the environmental aspects of an activity (waste, pollution, resources) Develop and monitor QSHE procedures and documentation Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions Apply acquired skills through a supervised internship in a company
Programme détaillé
Phase 1 – Theoretical and practical training (3 months) Introduction to the QSHE approach and its business challenges Quality management system (ISO 9001) Environmental management system (ISO 14001) Occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001) Identification and assessment of occupational risks Prevention of workplace accidents and occupational illnesses Industrial hygiene and management of hazardous substances Waste management and environmental protection Developing procedures, prevention plans, and QSHE documentation Internal auditing and continuous improvement Phase 2 – Practical internship (3 months) -Immersion in a partner company or organization: real-world application -Monitoring and evaluation by a professional supervisor -Internship debrief and skills assessment
Prérequis
Minimum BAC level recommended (or equivalent professional experience). Rigor, observational skills, and interest in risk prevention and environmental protection are required. Availability for a 3-month internship is necessary.
