Description
This course is aimed at young graduates or people in career transition, passionate about hospitality and service, seeking to acquire over 6 months (theory and practice) the skills needed to manage or supervise a hotel establishment. That's why it offers a two-phase structured program: 3 months of theoretical and practical training covering hotel management, guest relations, reservations, and team management, followed by a 3-month internship immersed in a partner establishment, enabling participants to consolidate their skills in a real professional setting before entering the job market.

Programme détaillé
Phase 1 – Theoretical and practical training (3 months) Introduction to the hospitality sector and its trades Guest reception and customer relations techniques Reservation management and front office operations Housekeeping services supervision Food & beverage basics and table service Administrative and financial hotel management Team management and internal communication Hospitality quality, hygiene, and safety standards Hotel management software and IT tools (reservation systems) Basic hotel marketing and sales Phase 2 – Practical internship (3 months) -Immersion in a partner establishment: real-world application -Monitoring and evaluation by a professional supervisor -Internship debrief and skills assessment
Prérequis
Minimum BEPC/3rd grade level recommended. A good personal presentation, a strong sense of service, interpersonal ease, and availability for a 3-month internship are required.
