Description
This course is aimed at project holders, young entrepreneurs, small business owners, or people in career transition seeking to acquire the skills needed to create, structure, and grow a successful business. That's why it offers comprehensive training in entrepreneurship and SME management, covering business project design, leadership development, operational and financial management, and team management techniques, enabling participants to effectively run their own business or an existing organization.

Prérequis
No prior diploma required. Motivation to start or grow a business, along with a project idea (even at an early stage), is recommended.
